The controller of the personal data provided in the contact form is the investor behind the SOHO VUE project. The controller's full registration details, including company name, registered address, KRS number and tax identification number (NIP), will be added before the production release of the site.

The form collects a first name, phone number and e-mail address. Optionally, you may provide your planned budget, preferred floor area, purchase decision timing, financing method and a message.

Together with the enquiry we record the date of submission, the IP address and the section of the site the enquiry came from. This protects the form against abuse and helps assign the enquiry to the right adviser.

We process the data in order to answer your enquiry and present information about the offer. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, as regards commercial contact, also the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Marketing consent is separate and voluntary. Withholding it does not prevent you from receiving an answer to your enquiry.

We keep the data for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and, in the case of marketing consent, until that consent is withdrawn. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised.

The data may be entrusted to entities operating IT infrastructure, e-mail services and the system used to manage commercial contacts, solely on the basis of data processing agreements.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

The site uses an essential session cookie required to protect the contact form against abuse. This cookie is always active and does not require consent.

The remaining cookies - analytics and marketing - are only activated after consent is given in the banner shown on your first visit. By default all non-essential categories are switched off.

Your decision is stored in a cookie named sohovue_cookie_consent and remains valid for 12 months. You can change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags. Google analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) are activated only to the extent matching the consent you have given - we use Google Consent Mode v2, which blocks the storage of analytics and advertising data until consent is granted.

These services are provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
